Return

Our return policy spans 30 days from when you receive your item. For a successful return, your item should remain unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You'll require the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at cowhidechick@gmail.com. Remember to send returns to: 1742 Carter rd st.augustine fl 32084. Items without a prior return request won't be accepted.

If the return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. If your received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us upon receipt.

Note that some items like perishables, custom products, and personal care items can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable too.

For exchanges, return your item and make a new purchase once the return is approved.

EU customers have a 14-day period to return items. Refunds, upon inspection, will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If over 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at cowhidechick@gmail.com.
